Moon Day Hike Mount Work with Kimber

Join us for a special Moon Day outdoor gathering as part of our May Challenge Month as Kimber shares a personal piece of her journey how hiking became a gateway into yoga.

Together, we’ll explore the trails of Mount Work Regional Park, moving at a steady, accessible pace as we take in sweeping views, fresh air, and the quiet grounding of nature. This offering invites you to step outside the shala and into a different kind of practice—one rooted in connection to land, breath, and community.

Along the way, Kimber will weave in reflections from her own path, offering space to consider how movement in nature can support and deepen a yoga practice.

We’ll coordinate carpooling and share final details closer to the date, so please be sure to reserve your spot in advance.

Come as you are! Ready to walk, connect, and take in the beauty around you.
