For anyone new to Yoga, Ashtanga yoga or the Mysore Method, our Beginners Yoga Program is the perfect first step to building confidence and developing a practice that you can do at home, or in the studio. This program typically sells out so it’s best to book right away. Next Programs start: Thursday October 6 @6pm.
This program is limited to 8 students.
In progressive sessions over 4 consecutive weeks, these semi-private classes teach the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga and the interactive Mysore Teaching Method. The Beginners class is once per week with the SAME teacher and fellow students. Students are advised by the teacher which other classes to attend between Beginner’s sessions.
