For anyone new to Ashtanga, Mysore, or Yoga in general, our Yoga for Beginners Program is the perfect first step to building confidence and developing a practice that you can do at home, or in the studio.
Start your journey to better health with four semi-private classes that teach the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and the Mysore Method. Classes are once per week for four consecutive weeks. Students are advised by their teacher which other classes they should attend between sessions.
Experience a more intimate yoga
Build a deeper connection to the practice, the space, and your teacher, through our hands on approach. Beginner classes are limited to just six students to maximize the personal attention you’ll receive.
