May Challenge Community Event
Join us on May 3rd for a refreshing and invigorating Cold Dip as part of our May Challenge month. This free community offering invites you to step into the elements, awaken your senses, and share in a simple yet powerful experience together.
We’ll meet at the Shala at 11:30am and head out as a group for a 12:00pm dip. This practice is about more than the cold—it’s an opportunity to connect with nature, support one another, and explore the edge where breath, body, and mind meet. Whether it’s your first dip or part of an ongoing ritual, all are welcome.
Cold water immersion can be both energizing and grounding, offering a moment to reset, be present, and embrace the season in community.
What to Expect:
A group meet-up at the Shala (11:30am) before heading out together
Cold water immersion at 12:00pm, taken at your own pace
A supportive, encouraging community atmosphere
Connection with the elements and the natural surroundings
Bonus points for May Challenge participants
Please bring a towel, warm layers, and anything you need to feel comfortable after your dip.
