On Sunday, October 25th, join Sativa Yael for an immersive Taurus Full Moon experience designed to bring you back to your senses, slow down, and reconnect with the simple pleasure of being fully present.

The Taurus Full Moon invites us into the body into beauty, nourishment, nature, pleasure, and the physical experience of being alive. Rather than simply talking about the energy of this moon, this evening offers a chance to experience it through the senses.

Together, we’ll move through sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound, creating space to notice what we so often rush past. Through sensory ritual, somatic movement, meditation, and deep rest, we’ll explore what nourishes us, what we want to savour, and what we’re ready to release.

The evening will close with guided Yoga Nidra, allowing the senses to soften and the body to settle into deep rest.

What to Expect

Candlelight & Beauty:
Settle into a warm, beautiful atmosphere designed to invite presence through the sense of sight.

Aromatic Botanicals:
Engage the sense of smell through botanical elements and incense, creating an opportunity to slow down and notice.

Taste & Nourishment:
Experience flavour mindfully and explore the simple pleasure of savouring. Tea will be offered as part of the ritual.

Touch & Somatic Movement:
Gentle somatic practices and nurturing touch invite you to reconnect with the physical body and its subtle sensations.

Sound & Meditation:
Let sound guide you inward through meditation and moments of stillness.

Yoga Nidra:
End the evening tucked beneath your blankets with guided Yoga Nidra, allowing the senses to quiet and the body to deeply rest.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited to become curious about what feels nourishing, what you want more of, and what you may be ready to let go of.

Why This Moon Matters

Taurus is an earth sign traditionally associated with the body, beauty, pleasure, nature, nourishment, and our relationship with the physical world.

In the midst of busy lives, it can be easy to move through our days without really tasting, feeling, hearing, or noticing what is around us. This full moon offers an invitation to return to the present moment through the body.

Notice. Receive. Savour. Release. Rest.

Rather than adding more to your life, this evening is an opportunity to pause and experience what is already here.
