As a regular teacher at AYVic, Tiaga brings a wealth of knowledge to guide you through this exploration of the 3rd Series of the Tattvas Yoga Studies Program.
What You’ll Learn
This workshop will focus on three key elements:
- Side Bending – Essential for both spinal extensions and flexions, improving overall mobility and balance.
- Hip Work – Strengthen and increase mobility in the hips while maintaining joint health.
- Folds – Deepen your flexibility and stability through mindful folding techniques.
These sessions serve as an excellent supplement to your Ashtanga Yoga practice but can also stand alone as a powerful practice on their own. You’ll gain practical techniques that can be directly applied in the Mysore Room with Tiaga Prem, enriching your personal yoga journey. Available for all levels!
