Not just the kind of strength that shows up in your muscles, but a deeper strength — the kind that helps you stay grounded in challenge, energized in stillness, and clear in your purpose. This is the essence of Part 4: Strength in the Tattvas Series Workshop, happening May 17th from 12–3pm at Ashtanga Yoga Victoria.

Led by long-time AYVic teacher and founder of Tattvas Yoga Studies, Tiaga Prem, this 3-hour immersive workshop invites you to reimagine strength — not as dominance or force, but as steadiness, stamina, and integrity.

We’ll move through:

  • Planks & Push-ups

  • Leg work & Core conditioning

  • Inversion practices (accessible for all levels)

  • Standing Series from the Morning Sadhana: Vitality Program

You’ll learn how foundational postures can build rooted leg strength (groundation) and open the way for authentic growth (expansiveness). Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session is crafted to meet you where you are and offer tools to develop a body, mind, and spirit that can support your unique path.
