Soft Power: Slow Flow for International Women’s Day
Join us on March 15th for Soft Power, a 75-minute Slow Flow in honour of International Women’s Day. This special evening practice invites you to explore strength through softness—cultivating steady breath, mindful movement, and inner resilience in a supportive and welcoming space.
Through gentle, accessible sequencing, we’ll build warmth and fluidity in the body while creating space to listen inward. This class is an invitation to move with intention, honour your own rhythms, and connect to the quiet power that lives within.
This offering is donation-based and held as a fundraiser for Inspire Health, a non-profit organization supporting individuals through and beyond cancer. All proceeds will be donated to help provide free programs and services that nurture physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Nancy discovered yoga while traveling in Thailand in 2010 and has been part of the Ashtanga Yoga Victoria community for over a year. While navigating personal health challenges, she offers this class as an act of service, connection, and shared empowerment.
Practice in community for yourself and for a meaningful cause.
