Meet Your Teacher
Cielo Gu is a yoga teacher, Qigong practitioner, and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine. With many years of experience in mindful movement, she brings a unique perspective on how yoga and Qigong complement one another.
In 2025, Cielo received the gold medal in both Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing at the 11th World Health Qigong Tournament, an international competition recognizing excellence in the practice.
