Philosophy Circle with Kimber + Carolyn
Join us for a special community Philosophy Circle with Kimber and Carolyn, held between Led Primary and Basics. Together, we’ll share reflections, stories, and insights from our recent practice intensives—Carolyn’s studies in Bali with Mark Robberds and Deepika Mehta, and Kimber’s time in Toronto with David Robson and Jelena Vesić.
This gathering is an opportunity to explore how intensive study shapes our understanding of the practice, both on and off the mat. Through open conversation, we’ll reflect on the lessons, challenges, and inspiration we are bringing home, while creating space for your questions, observations, and shared experiences.
Whether you’ve been practicing for years or are just beginning your journey, all are welcome to join this thoughtful community discussion.
What to Expect:
- Reflections from recent Ashtanga intensives in Bali and Toronto
- Conversation about integrating new experiences into daily practice
- An open Q&A and community discussion
- A welcoming space for practitioners of all levels
We’ll also be collecting non-perishable food donations in support of a local community food bank. If you’re able, we’d love for you to bring an item to contribute.
Your Teachers:
Kimber and Carolyn are longtime practitioners and teachers at Ashtanga Yoga Victoria who share a deep commitment to lifelong learning and the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga.
