Outdoor Yoga with Carolyn : Johnson Street Bridge

Join Carolyn for a special outdoor Vinyasa practice at the Johnson Street Bridge as we welcome the arrival of September. This free community gathering invites us to step beyond the shala walls and into the beauty of practicing outdoors, moving with the breath, the elements, and the energy of the city around us.

We’ll come together for an all-levels flow that celebrates connection to nature, community, and the present moment. With the backdrop of water, sky, and the iconic Johnson Street Bridge, this practice offers a refreshing opportunity to move, breathe, and reconnect in an open-air setting. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome.

What to Expect:

  • An all-levels Vinyasa practice guided by Carolyn
  • A beautiful outdoor setting at the Johnson Street Bridge
  • Connection with the elements and surrounding community
  • A welcoming and inclusive space to practice together outside the shala

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and layers to stay comfortable in changing weather. Feel free to bring a friend!
