Into the Wisdom Body: A Nova Nidra Experience
A 2-hour immersive Yoga Nidra journey designed to help you reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives beneath the noise of everyday life. Through guided rest, nervous system-informed practices, and reflective inquiry, this evening offers space to slow down, soften, and return to your innate capacity for clarity, intuition, and self-trust.
Rooted in the ancient yogic teachings of the Vijnanamaya Kosha, or Wisdom Body, this offering explores the layers of awareness that exist beyond thinking and doing. Supported by modern neuroscience and nervous system education, Ayla will guide a carefully crafted Nova Nidra experience that supports deep relaxation while strengthening connection to the body’s natural intelligence.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited into stillness, where the mind softens and the nervous system is supported into rest. Like water returning to the sea, there are rhythms within you that have never forgotten the way home. This practice creates the conditions for those rhythms to be felt again.
Whether you are navigating change, standing at a threshold, seeking clarity, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers space to slow down and access the wisdom already within you. You’ll leave with practical tools to connect with your senses, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your relationship with inner knowing.
No prior yoga, meditation, or Yoga Nidra experience is required. All are welcome.
