The hips are central to many of our favourite (and most challenging) postures from lunges and splits to backbends and leg-behind-the-head. Join Carolyn for a supportive, curious, and exploratory workshop designed to help you move with more freedom and confidence.
This second session builds on the themes of our first workshop, while remaining fully open to everyone no prior attendance is needed. If you joined us before, come deepen the work. If not, this is a perfect place to begin!
Together we’ll explore how intelligent hip mobility creates strength, space, and stability in the body, supporting both foundational and more advanced postures—without forcing or overdoing it.
What to Expect
This workshop is about understanding your hips and learning how to work with them, not against them. We’ll explore:
- Guided movement focused on hip extension, flexion, and external rotation
- Continued exploration of new patterns and ranges of motion
- Posture breakdowns for common sticking points
- Clear, supportive pathways toward greater ease
- Time for questions, exploration, and individual support
You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh insight, and a deeper sense of trust in your body.
