Guided Pranayama
Join us on November 7th for a guided introduction to traditional yogic breathwork (Pranayama). This foundational practice invites you to slow down, turn inward, and explore the relationship between breath, body, and mind.
Guided by Arielle Nash, this session draws on traditional pranayama teachings passed down through O.P. Tiwari and master teacher and breath researcher Dr. Paul Dallaghan. With over 20 years of experience teaching traditional pranayama, Arielle offers an opportunity to explore these practices with guidance and care.
Whether you’re new to pranayama or looking to deepen an existing practice, all levels are welcome. No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
