Grounded in Practice: Celebration & Mingle
As our May Challenge month comes to a close, we’re gathering together on Moon Day, May 31st, to celebrate the heart of what this month has been all about: showing up, staying grounded, and practicing in community.
We’ll begin the day with a special Yoga Nidra experience from 10:00–11:30am — a deeply restorative offering to help settle the body, calm the mind, and create space for reflection as we transition out of the month together.
Then from 12:00–2:00pm, the Shala transforms into a cozy community gathering space for our Grounded in Practice Celebration & Mingle. Expect an afternoon filled with connection, creativity, laughter, and appreciation for everyone who took part in this year’s May Challenge journey.
We’ll have:
- Prize giveaways
- A cozy chai lounge
- Community crafts
- Music + open jam session (bring an instrument if you’d like!)
- Space to connect, relax, and celebrate together
Whether you joined the May Challenge for a few days or the entire month, this gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and enjoy the community that continues to grow through shared practice.
