Join us for Tattvas Yoga Studies Presents: Series 2: Spinal Flexions + Twists with Tiaga Prem. A workshop designed to build mobility, strengthen awareness, and enhance your understanding of sustainable movement practice.
What to Expect
This workshop explores Series 2 of the Tattvas Yoga Studies Program, focusing on Spinal Flexions and Twists key movements that support longevity and strength in your Ashtanga practice.
We’ll begin with a review of the Morning Practices, including Sukhshma Vyayama (Maintenance Series), and move into a new sequence of Warm Ups designed to prepare the body for intelligent, balanced effort. From there, students will flow through Tattvas Series 2, featuring postures such as Uttanasana, Paschimottanasana, Dandasana, Janu Sirsasana, Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana, Marichyasana variations, Upavistha Konasana, Baddha Konasana and more.
These techniques can supplement your Ashtanga Yoga practice or be practiced independently.
Guided by Tiaga Prem, founder of the Tattvas Yoga Studies method, you will:

Meet Your Instructor
Tiaga Prem has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years and is the founder of Tattvas Yoga Studies. His method blends the structural intelligence of the T. Krishnamacharya lineage with the Hatha Raja Yoga teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, enriched by Taoist philosophy and classical yogic wisdom.
As a long-time teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Victoria, Tiaga brings deep experience, humility, and a passion for helping students cultivate a lifelong, sustainable practice.
