Fire Rising: A New Moon Intention Ritual
On Sunday, January 18th, join Sativa for an immersive New Moon gathering designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and consciously call in the energy you wish to carry into 2026.
The New Moon in Aquarius marks a beginning a moment before momentum when intention can be set with clarity rather than pressure. This evening also serves as a threshold ritual in preparation for the Year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese Zodiac, beginning February 17.
The Fire Horse carries themes of vitality, courage, creativity, and forward motion. Before that energy fully arrives, we pause creating space to ground, listen, and choose how we want to move forward with steadiness and heart-led intention.
This is not about pushing or striving. It’s about kindling your inner fire gently, so it can burn sustainably through the year ahead.
What to Expect
Grounding Yoga: Heart-opening, grounding movement to anchor the body, invite circulation, and awaken warmth.
Breathwork: Guided breath practices to cultivate clarity, confidence, and inner vitality.
Fire Horse Visualization: A guided journey to connect with courage, direction, and purpose.
Intention Ritual: Reflective ritual and embodied intention-setting for the year ahead.
Yoga Nidra: A deeply nourishing guided rest to integrate, anchor, and seal your intentions.
Optional Reflection: Journaling and intuitive card pulls for deeper insight and clarity.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited to release what feels complete and call in the qualities that truly fuel you steadiness, joy, confidence, creativity, and aligned momentum.
Why This Moon Matters
The New Moon in Aquarius invites fresh vision, authenticity, and conscious choice. Paired with the upcoming Fire Horse year, this lunar moment offers a powerful opportunity to prepare — not by rushing forward, but by grounding deeply and listening inward.
By tending the inner fire now, you create the conditions for movement that feels aligned, sustainable, and true.
