What to Expect
This workshop will explore the 1st Series of the Tattvas Yoga Studies Program, focusing on Extensions of the Spine (Backbends), Splits (finding space in the hips and hamstrings), and Twisting. These techniques can supplement your Ashtanga Yoga practice or be practiced independently.
Guided by Tiaga Prem, founder of the Tattvas Yoga Studies method, you will:
