This session is designed to deepen your understanding of why breath matters—not only on the path of yoga but in your overall health and well-being. Together, we’ll explore:

  • The anatomy and mechanics of breath as it relates to yoga

  • Why “how we breathe” impacts both practice and physiology

  • Guided breath techniques and an introduction to pranayama

About Arielle
Arielle is an exercise scientist, yoga educator, and movement specialist with a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology. With nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga—primarily Ashtanga Vinyasa and hatha pranayama—her approach is informed by both scientific understanding and deep tradition. She studied pranayama under Sri O.P. Tiwari and continues her training with master teacher and breath expert Dr. Paul Dallaghan, from whom she’s received the blessing to teach.
