Beginners Program

Build a solid foundation

For anyone new to Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa or the Mysore Method, our Beginners Yoga Program is the perfect first step to building confidence and developing a practice that you can do at home, or in the studio. This program typically sells out so it’s best to book right away. Next 4-week Program start: Tuesday, January 7th at 6pm, Wednesday January 15th at 730am, or Monday, January 20th at 6pm.

This program is limited to 8 students.

Discover Mysore

In progressive sessions over 4 consecutive weeks, these semi-private classes teach the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga and introduce students to the interactive Mysore Teaching Method. The Beginners class is once per week with the SAME teacher and fellow students. Students are advised by the teacher which other classes to attend between Beginner’s sessions.

Build a deeper connection to the practice, the space, and your teacher, through our interactive hands on approach. Beginners yoga classes are limited to 8 students to ensure you get the personal attention you need while starting out.
