We’re honored to welcome Community Acupuncture to Ashtanga Yoga Victoria. A practice that brings gentle, effective care into a shared, peaceful space.

This offering makes acupuncture more accessible, while nurturing a sense of connection and collective healing within our community.

Each session invites you to slow down, rest deeply, and support your body’s natural balance. Treatments are personalized, yet experienced in the quiet presence of others  amplifying the calm, grounding energy that arises when we heal together.

Meet The Practitioners

Brianna Grant, R.Ac. (she/her)

Brianna is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. She graduated from Pacific Rim College in 2023 and began her private practice in 2024.

Passionate about community acupuncture as a more inclusive model of care, Brianna believes healing expands when shared. Her clinical focus includes digestive disorders, gynecological and reproductive health, sleep, and nervous system regulation.

Brianna is also an herbalist and Contact Improvisation dance teacher, weaving body, movement, and medicine through her work. Through Flesh & Bone Healing Arts, she facilitates sound events, seasonal retreats, and community acupuncture sessions — inviting people to reconnect with their innate healing intelligence and creative embodied nature.

Julia Sevitt, R.Ac.

Julia is an acupuncturist, yogi, and community builder, creating home on the territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples (Victoria, BC).
For over 20 years, she has been forging a path of healing rooted in Eastern medicine, which offers a grounded understanding of how to work with the elements and the vital flow of energy in the body.

Julia’s approach integrates her training in Qi Gong, meditation, Thai massage, astrology, authentic relating, storytelling, and dance — meeting people where they are through a rich, multidisciplinary practice.

Outside her clinic, Julia can often be found exploring the coast, practicing yoga, or playing music. Her presence is calm, wise, and deeply connected to the rhythms of nature.
