- Students arrive, practice, and leave based on their personal schedule.
- Students practice a sequence of postures, previously taught to them by the teacher. If they are new, beginner instruction is given. This is the ideal environment for learning.
- A teacher gives 1-on-1 attention to each student, adjusting postures, and progressing the student if applicable and safe to do so.
