In a led class, a teacher leads you through a practice using verbal, visual and physical cues. Traditional led classes we currently offer are;
Beginners: New Yogis A "Prep for Mysore" class, where you will gain a solid foundation in yoga, and begin memorizing the Ashtanga Sequence. After 2-4 classes, you should be ready to step confidently into the Mysore room.
Full Primary Ashtanga: Experienced Ashtanga Practitioners Traditionally counted in sanskrit, covering the full primary series. For Mysore practitioners who practice up to at least Marichyasana D.
Ashtanga Basics: Beginner Aled class covering standing and a few seated postures from the Primary Series.
1/2 Primary Ashtanga: Experienced Traditionally counted in sanskrit, covering standing and 1/2 of the Primary Series seated sequence. For regular Ashtanga practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow: All levels A 55 minute class focused on the fluidity of Ashtanga Vinyasa
Hips & Hammies: All levels A 55 minute class focusing on hip openers after the initial Ashtanga sequences
Power Vinyasa - All Levels A 55 minute class focused on the strength aspects of Ashtanga Vinyasa
Community Class: All levels A Vinyasa flow class at a reduced price to encourage community access to yoga
Relax & Restore: All levels A gentle yoga with long holds, promoting healing, relaxation and rest.
To round out our yoga offering, we also offer Chanting - 30 minutes every friday morning
